ONE OF THE BEST TOOLS

One of the biggest problems, I know I have and I am pretty sure a lot of you have is that your mind is so busy, it’s hard to concentrate and focus. I have learned one of the best tools to help with this issue is meditation.

I know, how do you meditate with such a noisy mind. Well I use a app on Google or Apple called Headspace. This app has many different meditation techniques for many situations from (Sadness to Anxiety to Change to Depression to Loss or Grieving).

Believe me when I say when you go through their meditations you can hear your thoughts and will be able to let them just come and go.

There is a free portion of the app but if you want the full things its like $99 every year which is very much worth it.
