I write this blog because, apparently, talking to myself out loud wasn’t enough. As an autistic and neurodivergent human navigating life’s chaos, writing helps me make sense of things—and maybe even make you feel a little less alone while I’m at it. Think of it as my therapy sessions…just with more typos and fewer awkward silences.
Disclaimer
Everything here comes from my own lived experiences and slightly overthinking brain. I’m not a doctor, therapist, or guru—just someone trying to figure this stuff out while keeping it (mostly) funny. What works for me might not work for you, and that’s totally fine. If you need professional advice, go talk to someone who actually went to school for it.

February 24, 2022 at 3:43 pmHello. My name is Joe, i just came across the podcast and i love it. It is wonderful to have a medium that breaches on this subject. I have high functioning asd and going through stage 4 colon cancer, so i have been spending my time listening and doing research on others on the spectrum, mainly for my sister who is also high functioning, but she hasn’t had any outside experience as she has been home schooled and sheltered from anything atypical from my father’s side. She is 22 and i know she could do a lot more if she wasn’t held back from those experiences. Listening to your broadcast had made thing a bit easier to digest and reach out to my sister and father. Keep up the good work.
